On the Article Manager: Articles you see all the content items you added to your installation, you also find a new column next to the "Status" column, the "Translation" column, this indicates if the article has a translation (Green balloon) or if it has no translation (Red balloon). Its planed to change this for each language and if the translation has expired, but not in the current Version (0.6).
